Glowing red/orange brakes.

I have heard under hard braking the brake rotors turn red/orange. But I have not seen it. I have tried looking for it, used all types of cars, short and long races, still nothing. So do they? Or no? How long does it take if so? how fast do you need to be going? I know in gt4 it had this affect, I don't see why they would take it out. Thanks.

I have no idea about the game though.

EDIT:Make sure it's dark out.
 
First, you need to go fast beyond 280km/h.
Second, brake hard as you can.
Third, must be premium car. Standard car won't work.
 
I got my brakes red hot the first time i really tried to do it, did not have to many problems with it.
You just need a premium car that can drive reasonably fast, some brakes, :dunce: and for more obvious glowing brakes, a darker environment, like a custom build toscana track.
From there, all i did was drive aggresively for half a lap before getting up to around 200ish k/mh and braking hard. Just toy around with it.
When the work is done, you should be able to remember at which point you were breaking, allowing you to take some nice shots during the replay if that is what you're after.
They should be there. 👍
This is just a very basic description though, there is probably a lot more to it.
