GMC pickup fans, I need help

I am looking for fender emblems for my dads 1974 GMC Pickup.

In the Netherlands I have no luck, and Ebay worldwide doesn't exactly help either.
So I am looking for a set of these:

But these seem to be very rare. And not available new.

So, I've come to the conclusion that maybe other emblems will be fine to.

Those seems pretty tough to come buy in a states as well.

Yup.

They just don't make them new for the '73 and newer models. But those for the 67-72 are available new. But I prefer to have the later model emblems. But those I have found either are missing a pin on the back or it is only 1 emblem.
 
Have you checked forums and social media? Sometimes Facebook groups can hook you up really good.


I can find pre 73 badges but later ones are tough.

I know how hard it is to find certain things for old trucks, trust me.

Have you done junkyard searches? There's sites online that will check inventories.
 
We often have old trucks at the junk yard I go to a couple times of month, I can keep an eye out for them for you.
