Has anyone else seen this yet?
I stumbled across it by accident.
After you run a lap in a Go Kart, start the replay.
In replay mode, cycle through the camera views.
In addition to the standard views that all vehicles have, there are also two foot cameras, one on each side, that are facing back at the driver.
It's a pretty unique view and really shows the kart detail as well as your throttle and brake control.
