Looks nice. Wouldn't mind racing that around some of the smaller tracks.

Based on performance, it has potential to compete with the Subaru 360, Mazda Carol, Citroen 2CV, or Honda Life Step Van. Maybe even compete with some tunes of the classic Fiat 500 once fully tuned.

I don't think it's as "obscure" as this suggestion per se... But the Aries isn't exactly world-class in performance, looks, or comfort-- and neither is this "Goggomobil." So a car's obscurity doesn't affect how cool the car is or how much other people like it, as in your case with the Dodge.
