Going to Canada tommrow.

Yeah. My Dad, my younger brother, and I are going to Winnipeg tommrow...Not for vacation, but my uncle is sick. Basically on the verge of death. He's had kidney failure for about 4 years, and 2 weeks ago, he broke his hip. And now everything is going downhill for him. Just a week ago (For some reason, not sure). His liver failed on him. Since My Dad can't be a sutibale donor (for obivous reasons.) He's going to try to donate one of his kidneys. I should be back by August 5th or so to tell Y'all about what happened.

Where abouts in Canada Adam? Canada is a beautiful country, its just a shame that you have to come here under these circumstances.

Winnipeg eh?? What do you know thats where I live...Sorry to hear about your uncle and how sick he is. Where are you staying and are you planning on seeing any sights? I know the main reason is for your uncle but if you need to get your mind off that we do have some places you could visit. Anyways hope the city isn't too boring for you;) and that your uncle fully recovers.
 
Toronto is the best city in Canada, hands down...As stated above its a shame you have to visit the country under those circumstances...best of luck to your Uncle, and enjoy your trip, although your problebly already there by now...

Canada kciks ass but not in 1 department.

TAXES

When I went of vacation and hit Toronto. Them TAXES pissed off my dad. He was like everytime we bought something.

":odd: Canada charges too much."

"Damnit - PAYING TOO MUCH FOR SOME FOOD."

" TAXES KILL MANKIND..."

I remember those. He said them out loud in Toronto. But the way he said it was hilarious.

But free health care buddy remember that. THe government has to make its money somewhere, especially if its trying to provide free health care.

Taxes arent that bad, its only 15%, how else are we supposed to pay for healthcaare
 
Get used to them to not realize that other provinces have different tax rates?? IS that what you mean??? Because honestly when I first read that I had no clue what your rambling about

I meant like, you get used to that theyre 15% and not 7 or however much other provinces are
 
Hey, the thing about taxes is true, you even have to pay that large amount of tax on gas, even with gas being a doller/per liter! :irked:
