Going to start B-Spec, question about Multiple Drivers

Sorry for not using the search thread on this,

what is the point of making multiple B-Drivers?
to race them all together?
How do I issue commands to each driver in the same race?
Do I win more CR / XP if all driven together in the same race?
What if I have 8 drivers, I want them all to win!

Should I just stick to replaying A-spec Enduros for earnings?
(will I get money and XP for racing the same completed enduro race?)

I am at A-30, Vettel awaits me tonight at home :D
 
Multiple B spec drivers: So you can have more drivers to race online and because some races allow for multiple drivers in a single Bspec race.

Commands: There's a headset on the bottom of the screen. Your commands are Pace down, maintain pace, pace up, and overtake. Search tips on how to use this properly.

Races: In single player and when you host remote races, you may only enter one car into a race. Your friends can race as many of your drivers as you make available online.

Drivers: You can have a max of 6 drivers. You unlock the right to have more drivers as you level up. You start with 1.

Aspec: Nope. With Remote Races, your friends can earn you money through online Bspec drivers without you doing anything. Search the workings on this too. I've heard of people making $3mil a day through Remote Races.
