Anyone know of how to snag this chrome color? Is it an exclusive or simply a rarity in the mileage exchange?

No exclusivity, you "just" have to wait, until this paint chip appears again in the Mileage Exchange.

The good news is, that it was already a few months ago there, so the waiting to see it again isn't the biggest one.
