i'll tell you if we trade
if it exists seeing as i don't actually know if it does, i'd be willing to buy a paint chip of it, for well any car i have in my garage under the 1,000,000cr limit of course or paint chip(s)

obviously it will be a fair trade, don't go asking for 5 silver chrome paint chips for one gold.

im willing to trade the first day PSN is back up.

That's a very crooked deal. There are people here who bleed chrome golds and will be able to get more to you for less in return. I'm not trying to break up a deal, just don't want you to be taken advantage of.

That's not very nice.

I don't particularly like the fact that you've inferred that I'm taking advantage of the OP.

They offered. I responded.

Unless you're incredibly lucky, willing to sit there after every thirty cars cycling the free special paint, then you more than likely duped a stockpile of Gold Chrome paint.

I don't mean to disrespect anyone, because everyone has the ability to do so if they want, so feel free to give something you duped away for nothing in return as the ability to do that is equally yours.

If you didn't dupe it, then it probably has some sort of intrinsic value to you. I'm far from a fan of duping so I don't dupe anything - I only have like three or four Gold Chrome paint chips left at this point, all of which I had to trade cars/paint away to get. As such, you'll have to excuse me - it's not a question of kindness or generosity, but Gold Chrome paint chips are not something I'm going to pass along for free.

I don't think it's totally off-base of me to think something like that is "not nice".

Regardless (as it's moot), I don't think I implied somehow that you're "evil" - because I don't, and apologize both for any ability to get that from what I said, plus any inferred connection between you an duping.

No one should ever be charging more than a virtual high five for any of the paints. I've been giving out free chromes since they became available, and always will.
I understand the whole 'supply and demand' mentality of those in search of trades, but that's no reason to over-inflate the marketplace because one's supply is shorter than most others to meet the demand.

Side note, it's great to see another NH resident on the boards, not many of us here in this giant GranTurismoPlanet!!

Yes.

Seeing that the OP is not yet too knowledgable about trading on this forum (50 posts, questions existence of chrome gold), it is safe to say that he doesn't know a great deal about how much gold is worth around here. Now, anybody can tell you that one gold isn't worth a 850,000 cr. NASCAR — I am currentley trading three of my five golds for one 1000 ticket.

I doubt you intended to take advantage of this relatively inexperienced member; you seem like a nice, honest person. But regardless to that, the trade you proposed would indeed be crooked. Please don't get the impression that I think you're crooked; it's really just a matter of the trade at hand.

Anyhow, what we debate appears to be invalid — the trade fell through, so none of this really matters. I don't want to create any enemies on this site, so I'd like to know that I am at total peace with you. With that said, I'd very much like to drop this now pointless discussion.

That is creepy but then again so are some of the attitudes of people, there are a bunch of members that have paint and like to help people out. I am one of those who like to give things away, I understand if you have a trade and you want to complete your collection but don't forget we are the same people that could also help you as well, so don't step on our toes.
