They are valued at just under the million dollar mark, but they are so close, they are also going to be locked down with the cap.... Supposedly any car valued over $980,000, so I don't want to take that chance..... That's why I want these cars now.... That and I have every car valued over a million dollars already....

The value of a Used car is not based on the price you buy it, but on an invisible internal value which is slightly higher ; concesquently, most cars that are priced around 980 000 - 999 999 Cr can't be trade either.
