The one who disses (?) the licenses tests is part right and part wrong. It is right because it helps u to get a test of what comes after that. It trains u a lot, but it is right up to some point. The part when u want to get all golds (like me) is wrong. Very wrong and twisted. There are so many race and wins that are so hard to pull off. I am currently trying to get all golds in the rally races. I have 4 golds on the first four races, it is hard, but I love rally races. THat is why I am getting the Rally racing game Colin Mc Rae(?) :D for PS2

Sick and wrong, sick and wrong. But very very cool. I wish I had the staying power to stick with the game long enough to get golds in all the licenses. Oh well ... I'm barely going to finish the time trials without going insane.

I've just about got gold in all the B licenses (have to find 18 thousands of a second on the final one with the GT-R at Trial Mountain - aarrgh!!), and have a few others here and there through the test.

I'm much better at the license tests now I'v finished the time trials.

Hey, LoudMusic - how far into the game are you now?

I'm not doing that madness on the Licenses ... no way.

I finished all the races but I've got the Time Trials left to go ... number 2,4,5,6,7,8,9,10. All I've done are 1 and 3. I ran through the rest, a couple attempts each. I got second by less than 0.5 seconds on every one except Tahiti and Complex String. Those I'm down by a couple seconds. It's going to be a long hard fight though, they drive me MAD.

Oh, just remembered I have silver in two of the Formula GT races, man that sucks. Monaco was one of them ... there goes another 2 hours of my personal time!

How's your's coming?

Four enduros - the two 2 hour races (Rome and, er, another track), the 300km Grand Valley race and the Route S11 event (how long is that?).

I've done all the time trials. Complex String wasn't too bad (well, not as bad as I thought it was going to be), but Tahiti Maze was a *****!

Everything else is done - should have it wrapped up on the weekend.

Yeah, but if you're a sloppy driver like me, the Formula 1 cars make it a pretty exciting 2 hour event. I don't know if it will be as exciting the second time around though. I need to get a TV with 'picture in picture' so I can have Invader Zim playing in the cockpit with me (:

Well, interesting point. In high school people used to say that they payed better attention to lectures if they were doodling during class. I always thought they were just making up excuses so they wouldn't get in trouble ... until I tried it and it worked. So I started thinking about it.

By giving myself a minor physical distraction, I eliminate the hundreds of thoughts going on in my head. That way I have my primary focus, in this case the race, and something to keep my subconsoius occupied and out of trouble.

Well, nice theory - maybe some music, though, rather than a cartoon of an insance alien invader and his more insane robot prancing about in a dog suit?

Yes yes, quite. Maybe something with a stimulating beat?

Hey, what are you up to right now? Work? It just rolled over to Tuesday for me.

~LoudMusic

Yup, stupid work - just gone 5pm - just waiting on the better half to turn up and we can fire up the super Sube and bugger off home.

Bit hard to focus on the small stuff at the moment.

Well, now that I think about it, I feel pretty much the same about work as I did BEFORE I went down to Melbourne.

Tends to give you a whole new perspective on life, doesn't it? And when you see people squabling over little insignificant things, you just want to slap them upside their greasy head and give them a lecture. Or maybe just shake your head and walk away ...

So you hang out at the office after hours too? I've got a 45 minute drive that about 25,000 other people take at 5pm, so I usually wait until 6. There's always something to do, and I usually get to work late anyway. There are a couple 'back roads' that would make the drive more entertaining, but I've got to get through the massivity of traffic before I can even get to the fun stuff. And by then I'm so sick of being in my car that I just want to get home. Ah, well, I used to live 10 minutes from work with no traffic and I moved. So apparently I'm a sudo-mascicist (sp?).

Depends on the workload - this job's actually reasonably cruisy, so I'm usually out by around 5.30 - I tend to start earlier, 7.30 - 7.45am though - get a lot of work done before 9.30 (and the friggin phones start).

We're not that far from work (it's too difficult to explain the geography) and we go against the flow in the evening, so it's around 20 minutes.

i have all golds except the super liscence i am stuck on the multiple strings circuit, but other than that they are all gold, i have 1.73% complete 145 days all the cars from the liscences except one, so instead of going and buying a trueno or a train to be exact i have the best cars you could buy and can't buy(mazda).
so to make the story short, the best way to get a good start in gt3 is to put you'r time first on the liscences!! :D

Whoa there trigger. You're a little spaztic this evening. And I don't really see how that car fits here ... but ok.

Have you really gotten all those golds and not actually raced in a real event yet? YIKES! That would drive me insane, no doubt about it.

exact same way i done it ;) got all 48 golds before entering a race and the bonus cars were ideal for starters :D laters

btw got a new time at complex in the ruf (time trial 10) 4.42.893  gonna take it to a 4.40 xxx if it kills me :p :D

i know i'm good no need to tell me :D
but that's the best way, i found out after gt and gt2 do not race immediately spend time in the liscence you will learn the physics of the game much quiker, and a tip on the rally liscence, the peugeot 206 w.r.c. test try having the left side of the car on the gravel as you reach the corner this will help slide the car much more easier without the use of breaks, turning sharply would really help with that trick, and about that piscture, i like leaving traces wherever i go!! poop is out of the question :p

i will modify my location now but first, is collin mcrae 3 comming out soon in the u.s., because i looked at you'r location mr. lodmisic and it said ct,is coneticet , i'm horible in spelling
