golf gti mk1

Ok apologies in advance if this post is wrong or has been discussed previously......I have just brought the golf mk1 and installed every available upgrade minus aero parts but its not the best car to drive it seems too take a lifetime too steer into a corner so im looking for a few pointers in a tuning setup if theres any mk1 owners willing to share some info
