Golf I GTI and IV R32.. Copied?

This annoys me...

Looks like PD just klicked "CTRL+C" "CTRL+V" when it comes to these two Golfs. I bet that this applies to MANY more cars.

Golf I GTI :
Looks like it was modelled for Gran Turismo 3, which it also was in GT5.

Golf IV R32:
Looks like it has not been touched graphically since GT5
Windshield wipers does not work
Headlights (High beam and low beam) are either on or off (Flashing with high beam is not possible, and low-beams are never on alone)
At daytime, pressing the "Flash" button does not activate either of the high beam or low beam
Nitrous does NOT work - I can pay for it, install it, tune it to 70% boost, but when I activate it it just drain o2.. NO power boost at ALL!

I have not tried the nitrous thing on the Golf 1 GTI, but I assume it is true for this car too..

God, all the good impressions I had of this game is REALLY starting to fade!
(No shuffle, every other car except japanese are not prioritized, sounds are terrible etc.)
 
idk about the golfs but the nitrous thing is probably a bug. it affects some cars ive seen it on...what was it again...the light car company rocket. Doesnt work
 
Yeah, the same applies to more than half the cars in the game:
GTR
Civic
MX5
RX7
...
There are hundres of cars that are more or less the exact same car. But they made christmas music!
 
Yeah really...

When I first realized there were STILL in this day and age standard cars with no cockpit views, I was really really disappointed.

I'm a huge Volks/Audi/Porsche fan and this annoys the crap out of me. I was really hoping for AT LEAST premium versions of the mk1 GTI & mk4 R32. Didn't get it. At all.

I was also hoping they would pop a few more Mazdas in there, like the 2014 Mazda3 & Mazda6. Didn't get those either.

It's easy to see I will no be getting a PS4. I've owned every Gran Turismo game, from the first one to the 6th. But now, I think it's come to an end for me. Don't get me wrong; for the things the game does well, I love it for. But some of these things are just...so disappointing. I'd go for Forza instead.
