Golf Mk1 GIT...any good tunes around ?

I am experimenting a lot with Golf Mk1 GTI-custom races and I have found decent tunes, but I would like to know, how other people tune this car, especially when it comes to LSD settings(because I am really bad, when it comes to this aspect of tuning)
