I'm typically somewhere between 80 and 85. Like you, I hate playing with someone that much better because it is so easy to get frustrated. Fortunately I have a lot of friends who are at my skill level so that really makes it a lot more fun, especially when you throw some money into the equation.SublimeDood10I play a fair share of golf, although I'm not very good for how much I play. I usually shoot in the 90's for 18 holes. What do you shoot, Jordan?
My 16 year old brother shoots in the 70's, it's frustrating to play with him, since he usually never beats me in anything.
Solid LiftersEverytime I see a golf course, I think the same thing. "That would make an awesome shooting range."
There is a driving range about five minutes from my house that I've been to a few times. But, now I feel it would make a nice skeet, trap and sporting clays range.
I, perhaps, would love golf more if it involved firearms, I supppse. There is a golf club, a driver, that takes a pistol cartridge blank that shoots the ball, so that really old people can still play golf. Maybe I'll give it a 'shot.'
FlerbizkyI find Golf extremely boring. I've touched a golfclub once though...
Think it was W.C. Fields that said :
"Golf is a perfectley good way to spoil a nice walk"....
milefileMore and more I think I will eventually have to golf. I'm the only person I know who doesn't. But it looks so boring. I'd also rather spend that money on something else. Golf is expensive.
KlostrophobicMy clubs were only 200 bucks for an entire set.
