I just thought of this a few minutes ago, don't remember what triggered it, but anyway basically we would run Seattle using only cars from Gone in 60 Seconds (or cars that are very similar).

to do this, go to Arcade Mode -> Time trial -> City Courses -> Seattle Circuit (normal, NOT REVERSE), and choose one of the following cars:

1. Aston Martin DB7 Vantage Coupe '00 - Mary
2. Chevrolet Camaro Z/28 '69 - Erin
3. Chevrolet Corvette Convertable (C1) '54 - Pamela
4. Chevrolet Corvette Stingray L46 350 (C3) '69 - Olga
5. Plymouth Super Bird '70 (taking place of Dodge Charger Daytona) - Vanessa
6. Dodge VIPER GTS '99 - Denise
7. Jaguar XJ220 '92 - Bernadene
8. Jaguar XKR Coupe '99 - Deborah
9. Lotus Europa Special '71 - Renee
10. Mercedes-Benz 300 SL Coupe '54 - Dorothy
11. Mercedes-Benz SL 600 (R129) '98 - Ellen
12. Plymouth 'Cuda 440 Six pack '71 - Shannon
13. Dodge Charger Super Bee '70 - Jessica
14. Pontiac Tempest Le Mans GTO '64 - Sharon

I like Seattle and would be glad to run some of these, might even run them all. ;)

What about power change, weight change, tire compounds, and proof of your submitted time?

I assume standard, clean OLR rules apply?

And not to second guess you, but on the weight, we normally run with -10% in WRS on arcade combos, since there is no way to verify the weight used. On the other hand, tires and HP show up on the replay.

Not saying you have to make this like WRS, just stating the reasons the combos are set up that way in the long established weekly series. I like to know I am posting times that have been achieved on a level playing field.

Either way, I plan to get out and run some of these. I love the track and it's a neat concept.

Which way is this track supposed to be driven?

Killer - Are you running there in Arcade mode? Road cars with Racing tires and calling out 3 weight in the Supra, looks to me like you might be using GT mode?

Just want to be sure we are all doing the same thing, I haven't run any yet, but I plan to tonight.

Ok I got 1'54.655 in a bone stock Shelby Mustang w/ S3's.

that is the name they gave the car in the movie, I figured it would be a cool idea to put in the nick name instead of the car name. I'll put the car name next to the nick name so that nobody gets confused
 
I ran a bunch of these tonight and had a blast. About 10 laps in each, except the last one. Ran all with -10 weight on Sports Soft Tires. I have replays saved for all of these and would be happy to post in .max format at anyone's request.

Shannon - She's the type that looks good from afar, but once you have a chance to get to know her, you realize she's not the right thing for you. Too bad, she's a sweet looker - 1:50.398

Erin - She was my rebound from Shannon, and man, she's nice to handle. :sly: You'd be comfortable staying with her if not for the distractions of something more flashy just around the corner. - 1:49.628

Eleanor - This girl is sweet, and she's a screamer. :eek: The kind that looks smooth, sweet and innocent. And she really surprises you when you go for a ride. - 1:45.677

Olga - This one looks great dressed in Tuxedo Black and is as exotic as her name. A smooth and deceptive ride, has some pieces of all the others wrapped into on package - 1:45.456

Ashley - Eleanor's younger sister, and she's a wild child. Likes to play rough and hard to keep her from being dirty. :scared: Had to take it nice and easy to get in a full lap with her. - 1:38.125

I definitely have some room to improve on all, but I think I will go for some of the foreign girls before coming back to these. Also have the girls like Vanessa, Jessica and Sharon, with a little meat on their bones. ;)

Again, cool concept and all of these cars with no extra power in arcade are a great fit on the track. Did not bump the rev limiter in 4th on either straight in any of these. 👍

EDIT: Thanks Belisario93, for getting me on the leader board. :D I actually re-ran the lap in Olga after posting here last night, because I realized I had forgotten to save it. And I improved it to a time below 1:44.500, just forgot to write it down and repost. Will edit it here when I have a chance to take a look.

Hmmm, looks like quite a good challenge. Only taken one girl out on track so far, but had a whale of a time! ;)

Pamela - Chevrolet Corvette Convertible (C1) '54 - 1'56.964

What a wonderful ride through Seattle we had together! Eased gently through any tricky bits, ability to turn is unrivelled on Sport Softs. Doesn't seem to like any sideways action. She could do with a bit more power, but it didn't stop her from being great fun. Also, apparent body roll. :scared: However, had a great time with her, enjoyed it greatly.

Thanks Belisario93, great challenge, I'll be sure to try out some of the other cars soon. Mary has a twinkle in her eye, she might be next. ;)

Sorry to leap frog you, Aremburgkerve. I decided to give a few more a go tonight and Pamela was one of them. Guess we are fighting over the same girl now. :sly:

Pamela - Sweet and delightful, but try as I might, just can't get past second base with her for some reason. :dopey: - 1:56.891

Dorothy - Deceptively erotic, a smooth and enjoyable ride. She's a knockout in red! 1:52.366

Olga - I stopped short with her on the second date, and that seemed to do the trick for her. - 1:44.281

Still having fun with these, and really have just gotten in the start of the groove with every car. Still using S3's with -10 weight. on all. Lots of room to improve, just hoping to see some more in here giving these a try. 👍

I tried some of these out, and I'm sure I spent more time than EDK. All +0 power, -10 weight, and SS tires. I'll give some more a go tomorrow.

cuz even though I play GT a lot.....I only use a few cars...the REALLY fast ones lol
