Gone with the wind slip stream mission broken

This mission seems broken after the 1.7 update. I have gotten silver with 247.3mph before the update. Now I cant break 243mph. Ive put in roughly 12 hrs on this mission. Ive read threads amd posts about trying to get a good wind but its always at 0ft/s in my game since the update.

Just tried it out and got 404 km/h (251.0 mp/h), and the wind was always zero from the various attempts I made.

So it's definitely doable. My recommendation, besides trying to get the most amount of slipstream from the other cars, is to shift the car a bit early. The Veyron's peak power is at 6000 rpm, so don't shift later than 6500 rpm. Also, try to be smooth with the steering.

Thanks, I have tried numerous settings on this but I havent tried the manual transmission!
What is the order of drafting? In my game its always white, red passes blue and by the time I catch red its time to move over to the yellow car. The lead blue car is always way out of reach. Thanks for any help.
