I bought a refurbed laptop once and promised myself never again..

to me, personally, many might argue, but to me refurbished is as good as a salvaged title car.... when something breaks it's broken and you really can't get it exactly the way it was.
but this also depends what part of it was broken

there is nothing wrong with refurb electronic equipment. It still has a warranty.

I bought a refurb g27 last week from newegg and you would have thought it was brand new.

but to each his own

yeah thats what I thought about my laptop at first. hell, my laptop still had it's original stickers and everything, but boy did it go bad after a month.
after ~9 months it was done with and I had to buy a new one.

now I have a Lenovo laptop, had it for three years (bought it my senior year in high school) and it's still running like a charm.

but best of luck bro, I hope yours will stay good for years to come.
I might have just had a terrible first time experience, but still all it takes is one experience for me

Well to be fair, automobiles and laptops are a heck of a lot more complex than a FFB wheel. Most electronics are pretty well as good as new if they're fixed properly.

Solid point sir.
Especially a $100 DFGT.

now if it was the $600 T500?? I don't know about that... lol. it would have to be one heck of a deal for me to buy it refurbished.
