The Wild Bunch - all of them die in a very bloody and spectacular manner at the close of the film.

Heat - DeNiro fails to follow his own rule and dies as a result

Sympathy for Mister Vengance - pretty much everyone dies

R-Point - Same as above

Dawn of the Dead (remake) - The video camera footage in the end credits certainly does imply that no one gets out alive

The Usual Suspects - KS may or may not have made up most of the 'characters' in his story, but they were still in the film and still dead at the end of it.

Does anybody consider Blair Witch Project a good movie? Pretty much all the characters bite it in that one, too.

I guess in a very similar vein you could include Open Water

Terminator - Kyle reese dies near the end. You can add T2 and T3 to that.

Matrix Trilogy
Dragon
Friday Night Lights
V for Vendetta
Lord of the Rings

Falling Down.

Vanishing Point

I cheered for that guy for the entire movie, then BOOM...Goddamnit!

Edit: Just realized Sting already said it, so I'll just throw out the movie Cars.
