Good PS3 racing games /w/ customization?

GRID has no customization, NFS: Shift is buggy, and I wasn't a real big fan of Ferrari Challenge.

It doesn't matter if it's a simulation racer (like GT) or an arcadey racer (like Brunout Paradise), I just want to know a good racing PS3 game with decent or above decent online customization.
