Good set up for Formula GT & Lotus 97T

Hiya guys and gals

just bought the FGT car and Lotus 97T and at the moment im racing them with the default set up but as amazing as both of them are, there not quick enough when racing online. I'm about 1.5-1.8 seconds off there pace(bad i know), which is slightly discouraging.

Was wondering if anyone knows a good set up that would suite most tracks such as, Silverstone Nat, Deep Forest and Autumn Ring, as im not at all savy when it come to setting up racing cars.
 
I have both of these cars in my garage. Link is in the footer section. If you goto Racing Cars, you'll find the Senna Cars and my FGT car. I have no tested them on autumn ring or deep forest but it will definitely suit Silverstone National circuit. Hopefully they are useful for you. If not, Praiano63 has these cars in his garage as well, there are other tuners too but I can't think of them of the top of my head.

Formula Gran Turismo

The FGT is terrible, I did not tune it very well, but I think You'll like the Lotus because I tuned it specifically for the fastest possible lap time.

EDIT: Formula Gran Turismo has been improved
