The Goodwood event in the game is based on the "Goodwood Festival of Speed". The "Goodwood Revival" is an event which features classic car races on the Goodwood Circuit, not the Hillclimb Circuit. Hopefully Polyphony Digital continue their relationship with Goodwood and add the Goodwood circuit to a game in the future together with an appropriate set of classic cars - sadly so far there is no evidence of any classic cars in GTS - for me and some of my friends that is enough of a reason not to buy GTS.

I don't remember what my time was, but I only did the Goodwood event until I got gold on each stage so that I could win the prize cars and then use them for circuit races.

I did the same thing with goodwood and all my licenses. (Gold or nothing)
It became frustrating after a while but I stuck it out till I succeeded.
Good effort!

Thanks, I'll get round to it in the next few hours.
The most difficult one to get gold was the last mission, which involved that red bull thing which sounded insane and went like hell!! It took me a couple of hours because it kept going off the beaten track due to its incredible speed/acceleration.
