Got stuck on Original edition's Event C-3 (Update: Problem solved)

Got myself playing Prologue "Spec I" recently, and unfortunately I got stuck on event C-3.

Since most of the walkthrough on the net are Spec II/Spec III focused, I find frustrated that the OG version have no coverage whatsoever.
