GPS Course Maker??

Hello, Kazunori Yamauchi. I heard from multiple websites, including YouTube videos, too, that there will be a course maker coming soon exclusively for GT6, where you are able to make a virtual track from certain GPS data and race on it virtually in the game, for example, a drive to work or school, or your favorite Sunday drive to somewhere. If this is true, when is it going to be released and how would it impact the Gran Turismo franchise?
