Gr.3 Daily Race: Ideal racing line?

I really struggle through turns 8 and 9 on the Nurburgring (Schumacher S), and I usually lose around 3 tenths thrugh there. Are you supposed to take them flat out? I try that and I either clip the sand on the inside of turn 9 and risk a penalty or clip the sand on the outside exiting turn 9. Is there something I need to look at with my setup?

Note: I race the WRX Gr.3 and my best time is a 1:58.280.

I lift a little before turn 8 but right on the apex I go full throtle again. I still struggle on the rest of the course though, my time is still a low 2:00
 
Anti-roll bars are 10/10
Downforce is 380/740
Limited-slip is 10/10/10
On transmission, top speed is set to 168 mph

Brake balance, ride height, natural frequency, damping ratio, camber, and toe are all kept stock.
