I don't have one right now, but it would probably be best if you included what region at a minimum... If you want a NTSC-U save, I'll be happy to convert one for use with the PSP. It's 100% complete too.

I wanna have a PS1 save for GT1 (to use on my psp) NSTC version of the game and I just wanna have like all gold licenses but that's it so i can play it casually

I had a look and found a file you want (NTSC-U GT1) on a forum, but they require you to login to download attachments. Might make a throwaway account on their site and send it over later
