Gran Turismo 3 Settings websites

Anyone know any? I use to go to one I saw from the gt3 board of gamefaqs.com , but I can't remember the url.
I've searched @ yahoo.com for settings, but kept getting these stupid "charge for settings" sites, charging 3 dollars for a setting, utterly stupid. :eek:

settings is mostly a personal choice and depends on your style of playing.

I visited the gtvault a couple of days ago. I really liked the website, and I plan to visit it more often. My suggestion for anyone going there for settings is to go for one, then see how it handles for your style. If it works, then great! If not, adjust different settings until you get the car more to your liking.

I am not an expert at this, but I want to be of any help to anyone that wants it. I am sure some of these veterans here can tell you exactly what each setting refers to with the car's handling and performance. Camber, toe settings, downforce, gear ratios, all that complicated stuff.

GTvault is a good site, I used the RGT settings and knocked 3 secs of my best time around Laguna Seca. Tweaked the TCS and Brakes.
