Gran Turismo 4 Cockpit view PS2

Are they a cockpt view in gt4, or a codebreker code.
I have gt4 and i know that they are no cockpit view.
Are they few hacks (camerhack).

I'm not sure we're even allowed to discuss codebreaker stuff here, if that's indeed what is happening in that video. I know we're not allowed to even mention emulator stuff anymore Sony doesn't like them apparently.

It looks kinda like an alternate view, perhaps. I know Sucahyo was able to get hoards of alternate views of GT2 (hood cameras, bumper cameras, roof cameras, you name it). All I can say is: boy that driver sucks!
