Gran Turismo 4 DVD-5 Problem

I wanted to burn Gran Turismo 4 on my DVD, but it only holds up to 4.7 GB (DVD-5) so I had to download a reduced version.
After downloading and saving, I noticed that the game was on infinite loading with this ''red clock'', what could it be?

Red clock usually means disc damage.

but the disc is new and not scratched at all, plus the PlayStation player is in great condition
