Ok so I guess it is out in Japan.. but not yet in NA obviously. im still hoping for this march 15 release date but who knows...

Is the Japan release the same as the NA one is going to be? and Could I just order the Japanese release from ebay, would it play on a NA PS2? All the menus are in Japanese though right?
 
yes GT4 is out in japan, no it will NOT play on your NA PS2, and nobody really knows when GT4 will be released in the U.S.
