Hello All,

First let me say I am new to the Forum world so please forgive me if I am posting this in the wrong place. This is my first time doing this and I have already posted this in other threads I think like three times.... Opps sorry Mr/Ms Moderator

I was finally able to win this race with the Ford Mark IV Race Car 67, Deep Forest Raceway. Although as you will see it was not a perfect race but it was good enough with the settings I used to win. As you will see I was able to stay in first place for the entire race. The Toyota 7 made his customary late charge on the final lap but I was able to block him from getting around me.

Good Luck

I hope I was able to help!!!!!

Here are the settings:

Dampers (Extension): F = 9 R = 8
Dampers (Compression): F = 6 R = 6
Anti-Roll Bars: F = 4 R = 3

Shoot. :grumpy:

I was looking for a Mark IV tune, and was going to try this one until I got to the part about turning on a bunch of assists. I generally disregard any tuning setup that mentions assists. Assists aren't tuning, and I'm not interested in tuning setups that are built on having a bunch of aids turned on.

 :banghead: 🤬

No wonder you can't win. Turn that crap off and you could probably do it with the stock tune.

Agree with TCS, AS, ASM.
But SRF makes you definitely faster and ABS should be 1.

SRF makes you faster if the tune has a problem sliding off the track... SRF makes you slower if the tune was reliable to begin with and had an amount of controllable corner drift to it. ABS on 1 though is given, but put to 5 is unnecessary.

 No.

Ideal SRF tune actually has a small bit of understeer... You can force the front tires to overstress a bit and gain extra grip because of it. SRF = more grip, period.

Following setup gives at least 2 sec gap on Côte de Azur (Lap time ~1:11) , Close race at Deep Forest (Lap time ~1:32)👍👍👍 (My Mark IV has 499BHP/606PP

Tyres: RS
Brakes: 8/4
TCS: Off
Skid rec: Off
(No assist)

DF: 35/60 (Max)

Transm: 290 kmh

Drivetr: 10/30/30

Rideh: -25/-30
Springr: 16,5/16,5
Damp E: 8/8
Damp C: 7/7
Antiroll: 4/4

CAngl: 0,5/0,0
TAngl: 0,00/0,10

No turbo, Or you need TCS/SRF and loose time:tdown:

Setup is still not optimal, but car is minimal under/oversteered. If it oversteer, it wil get the grip again at once. Just keep on the track and get the right angle and speed in the worst corners :)
