Gran Turismo 5 Online Glitch?

So, this happens to me everytime i watch a race in the online.

I get in a room, and there's a race decorring at that moment.

So i decide to view the race. Whenever the race ends, this black screen with the Gran turismo 5 logo on the bottom right of the screen appears.
I then start hearing other cars, i guess other players are free running until the race begins. But the black screen never goes away.

What could be wrong? This only happens when i view races.
 
I had this after watching a race. It did eventually load but it showed the track that the room was on last and said lap 3/3 at the top. I couldn't click on anything at all.
 
It just mean there is a bad connection with either the host, you, or someone in the room.
