Reminds me of LFS where we'd do car football, but the damage model made it impossible to do long matches. I need to try it in GT5, looks far more fun. Great stuff. :D

You should try it with mechanical damage on to simulate injuries, and only light taps on the ball, sorry if someone already suggested it

LAME!! :yuck: If you want soccer play Fifa. Cars are for racing or just driving. I take you are the guys that go into a room that everyone is trying to have a good race and you start driving backwards and ruining everyone race.

Lame if you want soccer (football) go to the store buy a ball, get some friends and play it, if you want car soccer, play GT5, if you want to race play GT5.
 
Excellent idea if I do say so myself. More people needs to do this.

If anyone's interested, I'll private host a car soccer lobby, as long as there is at least seven players online, myself included.
 
Anyone here heard of Supersonic Acrobatic Rocket-Powered Battle Cars?

10 bucks on the PSN.
Kind of arcadey, but the physics feel great.
Online/Offline multiplayer and tons of challenges.
Its an entire game devoted to Car Soccer. My friends and I hate soccer with a passion, but this is the most fun game we have ever played.
 
The gt5 soccer vid is the most lame gt5 vid Ive ever seen. And I saw tons of guys unboxing fake gt5s before release.

It just doesnt work.
 
Nurburgring GP/F would be far better. Those little white boxes bounce around heaps better then a little white fiat. It also has plenty of room for a grass field :)
