Well so far no one post this yet so here I am to post this it still in Beta version so things will change as for now I doing research how to get rare Paints
Alot of rare paint are missing at the start of the game if you pre-order GT6 you get speical paints on Anniversary Edition
If you want to get what (or see) rare paints they might have you can find then here
To get the rare paint that you want you can just buy the rare paint color form dealership after you buy a car they will give you paint color you just buy e.x. if that car has midnight purple III they will give you midnight purple III
last but not least the paint can be use again it's unlimited but you need to buy the paint form CR money at the pit shop
please feel free to reply me back and see what rare paint you got for the dealership so I can write this guide alot better
