after playing GT5 a lot and reading comments about updates and more, i realize someting, just like kaz said, its easier making gt6 since gt5 was ready, i read somthing like (a kazunori comment) this, dont remember very good, but he said he was in doubt about making new complex and heavy patches for gt5, or keep all those things for a new GT,in this case: Gran Turismo 6 (ACTUALLY IN DEVELOPMENT), i thing it could be better, cause updating hundreds of standards to premiums can need a lot of Gigabytes and even kaz said that it would cost $$ to users, and at the end what you have??, a super ultra patched game that 60% (or even more) will be in hard drive disc and 40%(or less) in blu ray disc, and we know that gt5 really needs a lot of patches (standard cars and sounds ,...).

im not complaining about gt5, i just get that GT6 (after playing GT5) will be nearly perfect, so afterall, my point is: lets enjoy GT5 how is it and enjoy the coming updates while waiting for themasterpiece GRAN TURISMO 6

see you in the virtual track!!!...

I see I see..
The only thing they pretty much can do is make every car premium and add more tracks.. well maybe add more Chaparrals and AMC's. Everything else is pretty much perfect.

Honestly though I beleive it is a little too early to start thinking 'bout GT6, #5 just came out and it's better than ever! ;)

I doubt the initial release of GT6 will be any more perfect than GT5 was at release.

One thing's for sure, it will have more premium cars and tracks which are the main complains, so It will be a better game at launch.

Obviously, every standard to premium cant/wont happen. Though, I wish they give us an ingame voting system to vote on the best standards to be made premium. Im sure those wont be dlc for GT5, Im sure Kaz already has a list drawn up for GT5 dlc. Those conversions will make GT6. But, at the same time. He said the cars that have standard and premium versions of it were basically the last premiums to be made (I dont believe that really, I believe Nascars were added last) , that would imply the Veyron and Countache would be first in line for premium dlc for GT5, and I believe it will be free because the standard versions are in GT5.

Wow... did nothing get learned from all the speculation of how perfect GT5 would be? I mean literally this fast we have started the hype and expectation factory for GT6 being perfect?

Let's not bother with more excuses about why we shoudl overlook GT5's shortcomings or excitement over GT6 now ok?

You didn't realize anything, you just came to an assumption you liked and decided you want to beleive it as face because it makes you feel better about GT5 and GT6.

Think about this... if it turns out GT5 IS as broken as it is just so GT6 can FINALLY be a great GT it means we will have purchased GT 3 times by the time we get the real deal... does it really sound that good to pay for a work in progress 3 times?

GT5P - GT5 - GT6 which will totaly around $160 for many buyers for the real polished GT game... that is IF GT6 really is polished... which I honesntly don't think is a wise thing to go throwing around like it's fact or even likely right now.

i hope GT6 have all premium cars

lit Kazu take his time

How about we wait until Gran Turismo 6 is announced before we start discussing it? I was here for the GT4 launch - we waited until GT5 was made official before we opened up threads about it. I think doing the same thing here is going to be worthwhile.
