I’m waiting for the next Legend Car to come in. One is currently sold out and it’s been nearly 24 hours that it has been sold out for. I heard that the “refresh tick” is at 6pm CT (Which should be 7pm ET. It’s currently 7:14pm ET)

Maybe the “refresh tick” is at 12am instead?
That would make sense.
Maybe I’m just excited.

I’m waiting for the Mercedes S Barker Tourer 1929, Mercedes-AMG CLK LM, and Porsche 917k 1970 in that order.

You're an hour early. It's midnight UTC, in 40 minutes from now.
 
I've been wondering the same thing; maybe at some point we'll get that timing figured out.
 
I believe the dealer refresh is Midnight UTC. Daylight savings time just kicked in last weekend so that probably explains why it was originally at 7pm ET.
