For every update released, there is the potential for changes not listed in the initial patch notes. Please report any undocumented changes you find in the current update and I'll update the OP as much as possible to reflect those changes found.

1. It is encouraged that you make an effort in verifying these changes as much as possible, either through videos or images.
2. If you need help from the community to verify something, don't be afraid to ask.
3. It is strongly advised that you be as specific and detailed as possible with the information including a brief description of the bug or improvement before it was fixed/changed (if applicable) and how. If English is not your first language that's ok, just do it to the best of your ability.

THIS IS NOT A DISCUSSION THREAD ABOUT THE OFFICIAL CHANGES Only any changes not listed on the official site are discussed here
THIS IS NOT A DISCUSSION THREAD ABOUT THE PROS AND CONS OF THE UPDATE or anything else other than undocumented changes in the update. Keep those strictly to the appropriate threads:

Part one of Spec IV is here, you know the drill by now: Post changes not already covered by the patch notes. Other things are to be posted in the threads listed in the OP:

And now you may post.

The car collection visual update seems to be that every now car now lists how many base colours you own.

Edit: and a much better splash menu when you open a car up with all the base colours shown.

New Paints(I think?):

Hyundai - Performance Blue Pearl
Hyundai - Nocturne Grey Matte
Hyundai - Nocturne Grey Metallic
Hyundai - Serenity White Pearl

Toyota - Wine Red Mica
Toyota - Dark Green Mica P.I.O
Toyota - Dark Blue Mica
Toyota - Prestigious Pearl Toning

There is a new filter option in Showcase for content type "Garage Photos"

Navigating back from the Garage or Cafe back to the main screen now takes a tiny bit longer, at least on a base PS5 (I have a script that navigates the menus to take screenshots and I had to adjust the timings)

There is a mistake in the Update Notice (reproduced by @RACECAR in the original post) as

Honda Civic Si Group A version '87 is in reality sold at LCD, not UCD.

The Japanese version is correct about its sale location for the record:
 ・ホンダ シビック Si Group A version '87(レジェンドカーで購入可能)

The custom LSD of the R8 Gordini is now actually adjustable:

The DeTomaso logo has been updated.

Did someone check if the issue with fullforce and the dd pro still persists?

Uhhhh wtf have they done to the physics!?

It legit feels like an arcade game now!?

Tyre physics feel like Forza horizon ffs. Suspension physics feel completely simplified and drifting feels almost like I'm playing ridge racer.

This was feeling absolutely perfect prior to spec 4 update!

You may be right (I haven't played yet to check) but this sounds exactly like a hundred or so posts made after the last update as well.

They haven't changed the physics since 8 weeks ago

Do we know exactly which cars are affected?
The previous update already made 800+ setups go to waste. Since then, I've managed to review and redo setups for 40 cars (4–6 setups per car), and now most of their PP ratings are messed up again.

GT7 is starting to feel like CoD: every update means starting all your testing from scratch. It's incredibly frustrating.

It ruins the low PP Beat tune for the Daytona AFK grind.

I made a post about that in the GT7 Physics Thread.

So I looked into this part of the patch notes, and this is what I've found (sorry for the slightly long post):

Cars that are under 1000kg have a lower maximum ballast weight, generally. The lighter the car is, the lower the maximum ballast weight it can have.
For example, the Renault R5 Turbo weighs 970kg stock, just shy of the 1000kg. The maximum ballast it can be applied is now 194kg, instead of the 200kg from before.
An extreme example is the Chaparral 2X, which weighs 450kg standard. Now it can only have a maximum of 90kg of ballast applied.

For the Ballast Positioning limit, it mostly depends on the car's weight distribution.* In general, if the car has 58+ front or rear bias, the ballast position will be limited towards the heavier side. The higher the front or rear bias is, the more the Ballast Positioning will be limited.
Going back to the Renault example, that car has a 40:60 weight distribution. The Ballast Positioning is now between -50 and 40, instead of the -50 and 50 from before.
A Porsche 911 Carrera RS CS (993), which also has a 40:60 weight distribution, has a Ballast Positioning between -50 and 45. So it depends on the car as well, and not just the weight distribution.

Important to note that both of these limits seem to affect all cars, and depends on whether the car has Weight Reduction upgrades or not.
For example, a stock Mazda Roadster NR-A (ND) (which weighs 1010kg) has the normal 200kg maximum ballast. If you put Weight Reduction, it will have a lower maximum ballast.
Another example is the EG Civic. Stock will have a Balance Positioning between -36 and 50. If you have Weight Reduction upgrades, the Balance Positioning will be between -35 and 50 instead.

*There are exceptions to this. The Nissan Qashqai has a 60:40 Weight Distribution, yet the Ballast Positioning is the standard -50 to 50.

Had no idea there was a discrepancy between the different language sites. Post has been edited.

Check your Toe angles, they reset the numbers back to 0.15 and 0.0
The physics update had them changed to 0.45 and such....

In the idle static demo in the world map screen (if you don't make any action for an optional time), the car's manufacturer name and the model name are shown on the bottom-left on the screen.
