I was all set to race the Professional GT All-Stars race so I could get my GT-One Race Car, but as I go through the races I'm seeing that the Nissan R390 GT1 LM Race Car is beating the snot out of the GT-One. Which car is better at accelerating / handling?

Also, I forgot to set my gears to Wide for the Test Course, and both these cars very quickly disappeared from view in front of me. D'oh! There goes 10 points out the window!
 
I think the better vehicle is the R390, but I think the GT-One can be tuned to be better than the Nissan R390.

The Prize Car is one of the two above, plus an Imprenza WTX STi, or the Viper Concept.

Yeah I know but I'm fixin' to do the old save & reload trick, hoping I have enough points by the end of the series!

If you allready knew, why did you ask the question then?
Solid lifters was just tyring to be helpful.

The AI Toyota is harder on its tyres than the AI Nissan and has to pit so it seems to come third or fourth.
Is the Mazda 787 B in the race as that car usually competes with the Nissan.

In your garage both cares are fairly equal with the Nissan being a little bit better stock and the Toyota being a little bit better tuned.

If you have 2 memory cards you can save your game twice to the two memory cards and then do the save and reload trick twice on the two memory cards to get both cars. Then buy the 2nd car into your first game and you will quickly get both. 👍
 
All I was saying I knew was the other two cars in the prize lot. I wasn't asking about them at all; I made my question very specific: I wanted to know about these two particular cars and how they stack up against each other. I didn't think I was being rude with my response...
 
Wait, why is the thread titled, GT ALL START Prize Car?, when your question has nothing to do with the prize cars. I'm a little confused here.
