Gran Turismo App not working. Help needed please.

Hello. I am having a problem accessing the GT Sport App via my iPhone. When I sign in, a white screen comes on with a spinning loading circle. Nothing loads in at all. Any help appreciated. Thanks

Yeah I’ve tried that. It’s got me baffled

I have never been able to get past the login freeze either, keep trying it every month or so but have never been able to make it work. Deleted and re-installed it 10x at least lol

I used to be able to access the app but it stopped for whatever reason.

I have the same issue. Tried all the normal stuff, reinstalling, rebooting, shutting off apps, clearing browser passwords.

I’ve got an iPhone 7 Plus on iOS 15.4 and it works just fine not had any problems with the app.

I get the same problem won’t sign in on iPhone 13 Pro Max always use to work tho I have tried contacting the app developers the app store and that turn out no help so annoying tho

then maybe its a newer iPhone thing? I have a 12 and I have the same issue

Hi , i have iphone 14 and I’m facing the same issue, it’s been a month of trying to sign in yet the white loading screen still appears and i cant do anything about it i tried everything
