Hey. Is it not possible to Sign up to that site anymore ?

Have gotten this message the last month or more i think :


"Site Maintenance Notice

The server is currently down for maintenance.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again later"


I go to the site, hit denmark for my country and then the sign up, and after that the above message is showed !


Btw not sure if this is the right section to post this problem, so just move it if needed ;D
 
It simply sounds like the site is undergoing maintenance at the moment. Try and sign up a bit later once they're done doing what they need to do. 👍

Edit: I didn't read that you've been experiencing this for a month or more, in that case the site might be down? I'm not sure but i'm sure someone else can help you out better than I.
 
You're entirely correct, the EU website has been down on and off for a long time. I found that I had to select my country as America before I could log on. Didn't seem to make too much difference though.
 
I had a similar issue for a long time, it on got fixed about a week ago. Just give it some time and it should come back on line.
 
try this!
go to playstation network site and sign in. open new tab and go to gran-turismo site then sign in.
this worked for me anyway! but I am in U.S.

I have the same problem, and (I think) also lot of other european people/account. Maybe all Europe is down.
The same happened last week, until thursday when they updated the Seasonal and the OCD. After some days it went down again.
I bet that tomorrow will start to work again, and then it will go down the day after :lol:

If its really for almost all european countrys, then they must clearly have some major server bugs, cause it has been like this the last many weeks, at least everytime i have checked, and that is every second day or so.

Yeah, I think they have some problem with the European servers. Also, I noticed that Internet Explorer can reach the login page (but then it sticks), while Firefox or Chrome can't reach that page. Don't know if that means something, but I remember that the site had already a problem with IE some months ago...
 
Does anyon know why? I log in, but when it then tries to take me to the My Home screen, it's just white.... Help anybody?
 
This is happening to many people. Some times the GT page is under maintenance in certain areas. Have you tried using another region to sign in on? If nothing works then maybe a patient is what's needed, that's what I had to do, wait.

Interesting that both folk complaining are from Denmark. PD must hate the Danes...

Well it goes for the Dutch site too...damn PD for just hating us and the Danes! :sly:
 
UK is down as well. So just go to the US site. It still works there.

I have to Sign up, not Sign in :)

And that dose not work either on the us site..
