Gran Turismo Concept in NTSC format

look there..it is the concept tokyo-geneva in NTSC/Japanese format for all our US people that can boot up imports with NTSC tv screens.
i guess no more black and white and scrolling screens.

can anyone confirm is this is a true conversion from the original PAL to a now NTSC Japanese encoded version?

No please don't buy it.. It's not going to work cuz in China and all . they use NTSC but the only problem it that your ps2 is for NTSC U-C that version of GTC that u saw on that site is yeah NTSC but it's basicly NTSC-J and it won't work i got my ps2 mod chipped and now every imports and burned cd's and DVD's work so you better chip your PS2 before buying...
