Gran turismo Free Roam game

Hi,I come from a car gaming community and I usually play free roam,to SIM racing games.I would really like to see a free roam version of gran turismo since there hasn't been one released yet and it think it would be a good idea as it would be better compared to Forza Horizon and The Crew 2,Motorfest etc.I know it's possible for the near future but I would like my or better yet some other people's ideas that are related to myne to be heard

It would be the same as Forza Motorsport to Forza Horizon: 2 separate games.
So how would a GT free roam game be any different to all the current options, other than being a PS exclusive game made by PD that strays away from what it has been since it was released?
