Just dusted my poor PS3 off after not playing it since PSN went down (was a Blu-Ray player then) and busily playing MW2 and Black Ops on the 360.

Was playing Forza a couple hours ago and got some temptation to play GT5, so I started up my PS3.

Memories started coming back after hearing my custom music . Went strait to the Mini race as I know I need money (56k ATM), and the graphics just came first. I missed GT5's beauty (sp?) and realistic-looking graphics as well as a superb, dynamic interior view.

Also switched off the HUD because I'm so used to judging corners on Forza (used to watch the gear indicator in GT5) and I had even more fun.

I <3 you GT5 and Kaz (no homo). All I need is more premium cars ('62 Ferrari 250 GTO comes to mind...).

I've been wanting for the 250 gto aswell. The Alfa TZ atleast compensates a bit.

Yes playing without the HUD, manual gearing, no aids, no music, the nurburgring and more or less a tonne of aluminium, carbon fibre and wings and wheels and enough power to light New york for the next century. Ah life really doesn't get much better.
