This rang a bell for some reason. Yesterday I was reminded why...

A certain self-help guru who you can hear spouting on VCPR about his "Motivate, demonstrate then motivate again" plan says he has offices in "Vice City, Bogota, Lebanese and Jamaica" (wherever the hell "Lebanese" is... Surely it's someone who comes from the Lebanon...?).

So I think GTA: Bogota is a red herring. And Bogota is the capital city of Colombia, for anyone who didn't know.
 
Maybe you will be able to travel to different cities. I also heard TOKYO would also be a possiblity. You would start out in San Andreas, then go to Sin City for missions, along with Tokyo and Bogota. :odd:
