Great car, AI, track, tune combos

You know when you are just in the mood to have a thrash with the AI cars and you set the laps to infinate, what are your favourite combos relating to the cars, AI, tracks and tunes?

I have to say the Amuse 350Z with S3s on Daytona road with AI at 77 is an absolute hoot. There are cars there that you can have a really good driving battle with, and others where you can keep up with them even if you hang the tail out on every turn.

Any other good combinations of cars/tracks/AI/tunes?
 
I was practicing this all last week, with a view to getting on the Daytona 650, but I found it a fun challenge... Honda Integra... R3 R3, full power, least weight (615PP) at Daytona at 85 and 5 Laps. Sometimes, you can win, sometimes (if you have a really fast car in front that pulls away from the pack before you can draft close enough) you can't.
 
just tried it....it's really fun! well done
 
Yeah, my TLD Mustang at 550 PP at Suzuka on a difficulty of 50-53. Whether you win or not depends on how many laps you set and who starts 1st.
 
after reading that post a while ago by Paulie, i tried some arcade racing

Only at suzuka in the Mustang or amuse, or the F40 - something thats hard to keep straight

Then go and watch the replay from cars ahead or behind you in roof cam. Looks amazing and shows just how much the car moves around
 
I wish I couild like the f40s twitchyness...but I just can't
 
^^^ I think if i get a wheel stand i should be able to keep that car straight.
 
Stock b class cars, Evos,stis,integras,rx7,skyline,nsx,elise,tt,evora excettera, Usualy DR, suzuka full, or fuji ai @ 56. Pretty good showdown, AI deffenently will put up a fight now.. No more you pass that little 350z and he disapears in your rear veiw mirror, You slip up one corner going to wide and he will dive in the inside line, well not even slip up, He will just always be on your bumper, Not to mention the lotus elises that Sneek there way through the feild silently tuned and stock,

I once had endurance race on Fuji Gt with a deturned mines down to 400ish weight way down. hp with ai 79 went 40 lap's, high light of the battle was with two tuned evos, X and 9 great fun, I experinced the AI make mistakes, slam on breaks before ramming into someone, I saw a F430 and a gtr fight for 7th and 8th place, It was extremely good fun. the AI is head, shoulders, knees and feet,toes above gt4. for example, when your about to side swipe an AI openent, they get move the heck out the way before you can hit them, and if you spin out, you even see them slam on breaks when there coming twards you. i rate this AI 9.5/10... 5 less solely because like online, you still get punted:tdown:

I always do that!!!! i watch from onboard of the other cars... love to see how i drive from a different perspective.
 
i do too....but I did it way more on GT4 up to the point where i would hang on to another car's tail so I could get a good replay shot of my car at speed
 
Hi nibbers,My fav view was looking through the wing mirrors of the car directly on front of me seeing my car taking totaly differing lines. And like you I found myself adjusting my driving for that replay view...:sly:
