Since there is a thread for guitar solos, I figured why not make one for drum solos.

What do you consider the greatest drum solo?

There are way too many out there to choose a favorite but i'm a big tool fan so i'm gonna go with Push it(live) from the salival album, 7:10 and on until you wanna stop listening...if you can.

It may have not been the best solo of all time, but very close if not the best solo for his incredibly young age.

Wow that young fella has some serious skill on the drums lol!
Very good! Amazing effort, he must have put alot of practice into learning the Drums to that degree, well done to him!;)👍
Great pick there GT Pro that will take some topping!:D

I know it's not technically a drum solo, but I like to think that what Danny Carey does during all his songs is solo so here is Ticks and Leeches. This video isn't performed by Danny himself, it's very hard to find good videos of him drumming especialy this song. From 3:30 on is where it really starts getting sick.

That double bass pedal is working overtime. Nice vid. 👍

From the music I listen to, my favorite drum parts would be from Judas Priest - Painkiller, the early Metallica albums (Ride the Lightning) and also various songs by Rush.

If you're counting bass guitar, then this solo by Matt Freeman from Rancid is amazing. I believe it's from the song Axiom.

If you can't play your Drum solo upside down then you ain't S**T

Yeah...it's Tommy Lee and there are a few F-Bombs and a few S-bombs but hey its all rock and roll right
