Green and Red Flags

If this has been asked in the past, please forgive me. Is there anyway to add the little green and red flags we use in the WRS threads as smileys? Would make posting those so much easier. Or, if anyone has a tip on how to add them quickly please feel free to respond. I'm looking for these two:

There is a way, of course, but I'm not sure if I want to. I try to limit smileys to common emotional expressions, thus excluding icons. Alternatively, you could bookmark the image addresses and make them accessible in your bookmarks toolbar. Then, just right click them and hit "Copy" to grab the URL. You also might want to look into a clipboard manager.
