Are you talking about the Nissan Skyline 370GT? If so yes it is tradeable, there is a thread that says what cars are tradeable. Why don't you just buy it, it is available in the new car dealership.

EDIT: Or do you mean the GT Academy 370Z's? There are three different ones.

Still not quite specific enough, there are three:

370Z (GT Academy) '08 - not tradeable
370Z Tuned Car (GT Academy) '08 - tradeable in ticket form only
370Z Tuned Car (GT Academy Version) '08 - tradeable
