If there is one thing from the academy that I want PD to realise for any future releases it is the importance to the enjoyment and replayability of a game that comes from comparing times with your friends.

I (and it is clear at least 3 of my friends) while never aliens, have had a lot of fun beating each other to and fro to get top spot on our friends lists. In a few instances we have made the top 500 - a little friendly competition really helps.

I just wish there was a summary page with a pull down menu as some sneaky people go back and improve in the early rounds,... or like Burnout Paradise a 'front page' notice to say a friend has beaten my time in an event.
 
Agreed. I am hoping they add this friendly feature to GT6 license tests (as well as having a larger, global leaderboard).

What's important, though, is that they keep the A-spec level gold difficulty.

If you hadn't noticed, online golds, (seasonal and GT Academy), are MUCH easier than an A-spec gold times.

If they can keep the A-spec level of challenge but also create a leaderboard for friends and global racers, then PD will have learned. :)
