So I'll be honest, I signed up to GTP for one reason... to retaliate to the disgrace that is GT Academy. I purchased my ps3, logitech g25 and GT5 with the anticipation to participate in the next online racing event / competition. However shame on Sony for making my country ineligible. I am a paying customer like anyone else and I think most GT fans would share my sentiments.
I have played my heart out of the GT series and always been a fan. I have always spoke highly of the game to anyone who would engage in a topic of conversation that would relate. People of who I know in car clubs, forums and other social wakes of life have also spoken of their excitement in the opportunity that GT academy brings. Than...
To Sony, Polyphony, Nissan.... This is a kick in the teeth to all your fans outside of the eligible countries.
I am upset enough to say I will not enjoy playing GT5 and are now at a point of considering trading the ps3.
For those who are eligible, I know it sounds like a bit of a rant. But I am a passionate fan of the game and motorsport, and would love the opportunity that is amiss to many of us.
Sony, shame on you
