Hi there. I was wondering if anyone knew after how many races should you go to the GT Auto shop to overhaul chassis and engine. I have an Enzo but it seems that after every race (I drive very cleanly, and only twice brushed the barriers very lightly) I go back to the GT Auto shop and I find that when I click on chassis/engine overhaul, I find I can so I was curious to know after how many races would recommend an overhaul? Because 800k CR takes ages to get :(

It does this because driving your car for one foot instantly triggers those options to become available in GT Auto. . .
A nice search would have helped find out about this. . .

the engine part is easy... do a oil change then take note of what hp your car has, when you think your engine has had better days go do another oil change followed by checking your HP again... if its lower then be4 then rebuild her. it seems new cars have a run-in period during this time your power will raise slightly ... make a note of the power after you have run the engine in

Seems to take about 200 miles to break in the engine and get full power. Takes about 3-5k miles to start to wear them out. My FGT has dropped almost 50hp at 10,000 miles.

the best option for oil maintenance is every 2,000 kms dunno what that is in miles as i noticied my mazda 787b dropping in hp around 2,100 on the odo in the garage so if you do it b4 it starts dropping you will always keep a high hp for the car

Great question. I also was wondering this..

How important is it to do the chassis refresh?
A. Does crashing a lot increase the need to do this?
B. Conversely, if you don't crash at all, will it reduce the need?
